VICTOR FEY International Partner Consultant

Victor Fey is a TRIZ teacher and professor at Wayne State University of Detroit, USA. He was one of the closest collaborators of Genrikh Alshuller, the founder of the TRIZ approach, and for over 26 years he has been an expert in TRIZ research. He has successfully supplied consulting services to over 500 companies ranked in "Fortune" and is one of the co-founders of the Altshuller Institute for TRIZ studies, of which he also chairs the Steering Committee. His latest book was also used for courses at the University of Cambridge (year 2005). TRIZ Group is the author of approximately 200 publications and no less than 70 patents. He is one of the international collaborators of the StudioBase Group.


JOHANNES PFISTER International Partner Consultant

The co-founder and CEO of InterQuality Service AG and Servanto AG collaborates as an international consultant with the StudioBase Group. He has worked for 20 years as a consultant for the TMQ, EFQM, Six Sigma e Project Management approaches and he belongs to the second generation of consultants in his family. His activities within the TMQ sector benefit from 30 years of constant contacts with Japan, Asia and America. His banking education was followed in 1970 by working experiences at the foreign exchange and stock exchange offices in Zurich and Chicago, before starting a career as consultant in 1978, when he transferred the QC concept from Japan to Germany. Since 1979 he has been involved in numerous consulting projects in Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, USA, India, Indonesia, Libya and Japan. He is EFMQ Auditor, Senior member of ASQ (American Quality Association), Member of DGQ (German Quality Association), Six Sigma Trainer and supporting member of JCI. He collaborated in efficiency and streamlining projects based on the Six Sigma logic at: BMW AG Munich, Bosch-Siemens, European Union Research Center, Siemens SQT Munich, T-Mobil, United Nations Development Bank. He is the founder of ThinkCamp, an initiative of the Global Marshall Plan. ThinkCamp is promoting the sustainable development of systems, products and processes with systematic innovation and spiral dynamics.


SONNY YUEN International Partner Consultant

Sonny Yuen is the Managing Director of JonDavidson Pte Ltd, a Human Resource consulting firm, specializing mainly in executive search. He is also a career counselor and seminar leader giving talks in career transition and supply chain management.
He has over 22 years of working experience in global companies namely – Eurocopter SEA,(Aerospace) Sumitomo Bakelite Singapore (specialty chemical), Libra 2002 (Engineering), holding senior management positions in Finance, Business Development, Human Resource, Supply Chain Management (covering logistics, warehousing, production planning, materials planning and purchasing) and Information Technology.
