On February 18-19-20 2010 we partecipated, with our international Partners, at Enex Meeting in Barcelona. This is the translation of an article published on March 1° on the "Giornale di Brescia", the first local daily paper in Italy.


Mario Gibertoni and Leonello Castagnetti, president and partner of the consulting society StudioBase, have in recent days attended a meeting at Esade, a prestigious Business School in Barcelona. The theme of the meeting was "The evolution of the job market of executives in Europe, Asia and South America". The comparison among the situation in Italy and that in Spain showed that, because of the necessity of the containment of the costs after the crises, while the fixed part of salaries of managers has been frozen, bonuses have been reduced.
After the meeting at Esade, Gibertoni and Castagnetti have attended the regular meeting with the partners of Enex, an international society of executive search, present in over 50 countries. Two new partners, one in Argentina and another in Singapore, have joined Enex: both were managing directors and have attended an MBA.
During the meeting, they discussed about the situation of the international job market.
In Europe they are noticed visible, even though weak and discontinuous, signals of resumption. China, that grows to a rate of about 10%, is the country in which there is, at the moment, the greatest number of assignments.
