StudioBase was founded in 1983 when Mario Gibertoni decided to start a career as a Management Consultant. At only thirty years of age he had already fulfilled several operative and decision-making tasks in leading industrial companies (Fiat Iveco, Teksid and Beretta Armi).
Gibertoni, who had a University degree in Economics, made this decision while he was in Japan to study the "Toyota" model at Masaaki's Imai Kaizen Institute and at the prestigious Juse (Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers)
Later, GIbertoni's advanced education continued in the US with professor E. W. Deming and at the Asq (American Society for Quality), of which he has been a Senior Member for years.
At the very beginning StudioBase included its Founder and two professionals dealing with mostly integrated interventions in the technical and organizational and human resources sectors.
During the following years, thanks to Gibertoni's international relations, numerous study missions were made by the StudioBase consultants to the US and Japan, always aimed at the search for and transfer of excellence to Client Companies.
The search for excellence has always provided strong motivation to the StudioBase professionals and is probably the driving force of the constant growth of the Group in terms of quality and size.
In the meantime, StudioBase started to play a leading role at national level.
In the 1990s, the Company saw the participation of two new Partners: Mr. Pier Adolfo Venturi and Mrs. Matilde Filippini, who gave their important contribution to the corporate know-how.
After the year 2000, two more Partners supplied their significant operational skills: Mr. Leonello Castagnetti and Mr. Maurizio Bertuzzi, both former managers of Multinational companies.
Along with the growth and specialization of the Company in the sectors of Quality, Human Resources, Organization and Technical Consulting, a new organizational structure was implemented including three distinct companies:
StudioBase Consulenza S.r.l.
- StudioBase Risorse Umane S.a.s.
- Enex Consulenza Internazionale
The three Companies are still operating in different sectors but are fully integrated in the same Group.
StudioBase Consulenza S.r.l.
StudioBase S.r.l. mostly deals with consulting in the technical, organizational and HR sectors.
StudioBase Risorse Umane S.a.s.
StudioBase Risorse Umane S.a.s. mostly deals with the Search for and Selection of executives and cadres. StudioBase R.U. founded Enex in 1990.
Enex is an International Consulting Network in the sector of Human Resources originating from a framework agreement involving eight important European companies.
Enex supplies Consulting and assistance services on all issues dealing with the HR sector, not only within the country where the Partner operates, but also in other countries.
Today the StudioBase Group is a dynamic player in the consulting sector in Italy, benefiting from the contributions of 25 professionals in Italy and - through Enex - approximately 350 professionals worldwide. It has succeeded in conquering a precise role on the market in terms of reliability, know-how, innovative contents and strong focus on the clients' needs.
In addition to the activities connected to Study-Tours abroad, consultants from StudioBase participate as speakers in a number of conferences, seminars and within important International and Italian Business Schools.
