StudioBase, since 1983 ideas and methods to compete

Founded in Brescia in 1983 by Mario Gibertoni, StudioBase is now an independent firm with a team of senior consultants with direct company experience, gained in managerial and executive roles. We support companies at key moments of evolution and change, through integrated and concrete interventions:

  • organizational development and change management programs
  • digital transformation and business model innovation
  • executive search and people development
  • coaching and managerial training
  • operational transformation, quality and certifications (particularly in manufacturing)
