Our team analyzes every profile in relation to open positions and potential future opportunities. We do not use algorithms: every CV is read by people with specific industry experience.
First Contact (if there is a Match)
If we identify a compatible opportunity, we will contact you for an in-depth interview. We want to understand your skills, objectives, and the ideal corporate context for you. Only then can we make a real match.
Presentation to the Company
We present you to the client after verifying mutual alignment, explaining the corporate context and supporting you during the selection process. We continue to follow you even during the onboarding phase.
